DAYS 1 – 2 • Hanoi, VIETNAM---Sofitel Legend Metropole Hotel
Visit the narrow lanes, parks, and traditional shops of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. See the Temple Of Literature and the miniature One Pillar Pagoda. Experience the vast Ho Chi Minh Memorial Complex, Hoan Kiem Lake, and Ngoc Son Temple. Meals: B
DAY 3 • Halong Bay---Paradise Elegance Cruise
Cruise Halong Bay and see thousands of sculpted limestone islands rising from the azure waters. Join the on-board chef for a cooking demonstration on Vietnamese cuisine and enjoy a unique dinner in Tien Ong cave. Meals: BLD
DAYS 4 – 5 • Hue---Azerai La Residence
Visit the Imperial Citadel, Thien Mu Pagoda and Tomb of Emperor Minh Mang by boat. Tour Dien Tho, the Queen mother’s residence. Meals: 2B, 1L
DAYS 6 – 7 • Danang / Hoi An---Anantara Hoi An
En route to Hoi An, journey over scenic mountain roads with spectacular views of the coast. In Danang, visit the Cham Museum before going to the Hoi An Market to purchase ingredients for a cooking class. Near the famed Japanese Covered Bridge, tour the Sa Huynh Museum, the Tran Family Chapel, Phuoc Kein Assembly Hall, and lantern workshops. Meals: B
DAYS 8 – 10 • Ho Chi Minh City & Depart Home---Park Hyatt
Near Ho Chi Minh City, see the incredible underground network of the Cu Chi Tunnels, and visit farms of orchids, eggplants, or bamboo, plus a traditional family rice field. In Ho Chi Minh City tour the historic center to see the ornate City Hall, the old Opera House, the neo-Romanesque Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Central Post Office. Tour modern Vietnam at the Reunification Palace and War Remnants Museum. In the evening, enjoy a Bonsai River Dinner Cruise. On Day 10 transfer to the airport for your departure flight. Meals: BL 1D
