DAYS 1 – 2 • Auckland, NEW ZEALAND---SO Hotel

On arrival in Auckland, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for early check in. Your tour of Auckland will include a drive over the Auckland Harbour Bridge to Westhaven Marina, Auckland Viaduct, Tamaki Drive and waterfront. Enjoy magnificent views from Mt. Eden. Discover the real Middle-earth on the most picturesque private farmland near Matamata as you visit the Hobbiton Movie Set from The Hobbit film trilogy. Meals: B

DAYS 3 – 4 • Wellington / Pelliser Bay---Wharekauhau Lodge

Fly from Auckland to Wellington for a tour that takes you to the peak of Mount Victoria for the fantastic views. Continue to tour the south coast and rocky hills, past the parliamentary complex, old government building and features of the New Zealand film industry. Travel north to Pelliser Bay. Experience the legendary farm heritage, sheep shearing and sheep dogs in action by 4-wheel drive. DAY 5 - 6 • Nelson---Edenhouse Luxury Lodge

Drive from Wellington to Nelson, a paradise with mountains sheltering the foothills and plains to the sea. There is no better way to explore and discover the quintessential Nelson lifestyle as this journey takes you to meet artists and into galleries exhibiting art forms of all persuasions. Winemakers share their world class wine as the host prepares matching refreshments to showcase the huge variety of produce from the sunniest part of New Zealand. Meals: B

DAYS 7 – 10 • Queenstown & Depart Home---Sofitel Queenstown Hotel & Spa

Fly from Wellington to Queenstown for an introductory tour of the area on arrival. Signature Experiences will include Lake Hayes; Kawarau Bridge Bungy where you may contemplate a jump; Arrowtown, discovered to be a gold-rich area in 1862; Edith Cavill Bridge over the Shotover River; and Queenstown – the area’s premier alpine resort. Take an excursion to Milford Sound by helicopter to see the unique character of the region with rainforest, lakes, rivers, waterfalls and the fjords carved by the glaciers. You will join a cruise on the fjord, and experience an alpine landing. You will have your last full day in New Zealand at leisure to enjoy Queenstown on your own. On day 10 transfer to the airport.
