DAYS 1 – 2  •  Dublin, IRELAND---The Merrion Hotel

Arrive in Dublin and be transferred to your luxury hotel. One of Dublin’s top guide will take you on a walking tour of Dublin to include Dublin Castle, the National Gallery, National Museum, St. Patrick’s Cathedral and Trinity College famous for The Book of Kells. Discover County Wicklow, known as the Garden of Ireland with miles of rolling hills, mountains and waterfalls. Explore Glendalough, the valley of two lakes, where you will see the round towers, cathedrals, high crosses and enjoy a truly memorable stroll through the valley. Meals: B

DAY 3  •  Kilkenny---Mount Juliet Hotel

Drive to Kildare for a stop at The National Stud, home of Irish race horses, and the world famous Japanese Gardens on Tully Estate. Continue to Kilkenny with a visit at Kilkenny Castle, a 12th century castle which is now managed by the people of Ireland. There are ornamental gardens on the city side of the castle, and extensive land and gardens to the front. It has become one of the most visited tourist sites in Ireland. Part of the National Art Gallery is on display in the castle. Meals: B

DAYS 4 – 5  •  Kenmare---Park Hotel Kenmare

Tour the great 4th century fortification of Cashel.  This was the seat of kings and medieval bishops for 900 years and flourished until the early 7th century.  Visit Blarney, a very popular spot over the last few hundred years and one of Ireland’s greatest treasures.  Drive the Ring of Kerry, one of the most scenic drives in all of Ireland.  Be impressed with the stunning coastline, quaint farmlands and green mountains. DAYS 6 – 7  •  Cong---Ashford Castle

Drive to Ashford Castle with a stop at Listowel, one of Ireland’s 26 Heritage towns and is described as the Literary Capital of Ireland. Visit the Cliffs of Moher, a sheer precipice, and one of the most impressive stretches of the coast of West Ireland. Continue towards Cliffden and the Connemara, where cottages nestle into hillsides and sheep freely graze. Meals: B

DAYS 8 – 9  •  Newmarket-on-Fergus & Depart Home---Dromoland Castle

Continue to Limerick to visit the Hunt Museum and then on to Adare Village, renowned as Ireland’s prettiest village.  Thatched cottages line its broad street, punctuated with beautiful stone buildings and picturesque ruins. On Day 9 you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home or your next destination. Meals: B
