Discover the highlights of Morocco’s largest city and visit its impressive Hassan II Mosque perched brilliantly on a promontory overlooking the Atlantic. Travel to Meknes, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Imperial Cities of Morocco. Tour its impressive monuments before continuing to Moulay Idriss, the 8th century pilgrimage center. Drive to Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to the largest and most well-preserved Roman ruins in Morocco before arriving at the cultural city of Fes and your junior suite accommodations.

Sunday, Mar 21 - Wednesday, Mar 24  •  Marrakech -- La Mamounia Marrakech

Journey through the Valley of the Roses and the highest passage in North Africa on the way to Marrakech, stopping en route at the historic fortified village of Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Spend a full day touring the Ochre City, founded in 1062 as the capital of the Almoravid Empire. The old city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, the center of activity and trade. Visit El-Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, Koutoubia Minaret and synagogues of the Mellah. Explore the stunning Majorelle Gardens and step inside the museum devoted to the work of fashion designer, Yves Saint Laurent.

Travel into the High Atlas Mountains and enjoy a tea break with a local Berber family. Have lunch at Sir Richard Branson’s Kasbah Tamadot. Learn about Eve’s Foundation and observe the young artisans at work on their handicrafts, like weaving, woodworking, and embroidery.

Return to Marrakech and reminisce with your newfound friends at a farewell cocktail and dinner party.
