Visit isolated Tari Basin in the Southern Highlands, home of the Huli Wigmen. The Huli people live throughout these highlands and are known for the elaborate ceremonial headdresses worn by the men. The wigmen reflect the rich variety of the region home to over 30 varieties of Birds of Paradise and thousands of orchids.
